We had a successful Intrasquad Meet!  Thank you to all of the Volunteers who made the meet run so smoothly.  We could not do it without you!  Please remember a couple of things as we head into a week with two meets:

 

• You MUST stay at the meet until your swimmers final event.  Our freestyle relays are at the end of the meet.  If you take a swimmer home, their team of 4 swimmers is without a team member and thus cannot proceed in the event.  If there is an emergency of some kind, please at least let one of our committee members know that you are leaving. 

 

• Parents of younger swimmers:  please be sure to stay with your swimmer(s) and supervise them when they are waiting in between events.  The baby pool WILL NOT be available when we have dual meets with other teams competing against us.  

 

This week we have TWO meets ...  an Away Meet on Tuesday 6/21 and a Home Meet on Thursday 6/23.  Please take a moment this weekend to RSVP for both of those meets.  If you are using a phone or iPad to RSVP, please view the full version of the website by clicking on "view full site" at the very bottom of the screen.  Here is reminder of those steps:

 

• Go to www.westclayswimming.com
• Click on "Swim Meets"
• Select the RSVP square for the appropriate meet
• Click on "Close" when it says you must be logged in to RSVP
• Enter VWCswim2016 in the blue password box near the top left
• Again, select the RSVP square for the appropriate meet
• Type the email you used to register in the box listed as "Responding For:"
• Select YES or NO accordingly for each of your swimmers
• We are only concerned with the Swimmers ... don't worry about responding for the Adults
• BE SURE TO HIT SAVE!!!!
