Vortex Families,

 

Registrations have been processed for our 2017 Swim Season!  We have 91 families and 137 swimmers this summer.  We will begin practice Thursday, June 1.  We will practice every weekday morning from June 1 until July 7 (except July 4).  Please bring your swimmers to the Provost Pool at their age appropriate time:

• 8:45 - 9:45:  All Swimmers 9 and Older
• 9:30 - 10:30:  7 and 8 Year Old Swimmers
• 9:45 - 10:30:  All Swimmers 6 and Under

 

A VWC Swim Committee Member will always be at practice to help with any questions.  The coaches are in charge of the kids at practice, but we ask that the parents stay for the duration of practices (with the exception of the older swimmers).  We are there to coordinate between the parents, the kids and the coaches.  If you have a question or concern and cannot find a Committee Member, please email us at [email protected] or call Ally Domke at 317.507.9275.  

If you ordered a team suit, it will be delivered to the pool the first week or two of practice.  If you have yet to order a suit and would like to, please head to Runners Forum ASAP to be sized.  Their store hours are listed on www.westclayswimming.com.  They still may be able to get the suit to you before our first meet if you hurry!  Remember that our team suits are completely optional and we are going with the same suit from last year.
