Vortex Swimmers, 

Our Summer Swim Season starts tomorrow!  Please arrive at the Provost Pool at your age appropriate time:

• 8:45 - 9:45:  All Swimmers 9 and Older
• 9:30 - 10:30:  7 and 8 Year Old Swimmers
• 9:45 - 10:30:  All Swimmers 6 and Under

Weather:  We will check the weather each morning and make a weather call around 7:00AM.  Please check email before heading to swim practice each morning.  Regardless of our weather calls, only send your swimmer(s) to the pool if you are comfortable with the weather conditions.  

Registration Checks:  If you have a balance due for registrations, please bring them to the pool at practice this week.  Make checks out to Village of West Clay.  

Extra Emails:  If you would like us to communicate with an extra email address this summer, let us know and we will add it ASAP.  

Bathing Suits:  Be sure to send swimmers to practice in one-piece bathing suits.  If you have ordered a team suit, we will get them to you at the pool as soon as they come in.
