The RSVP feature for our Swim Meet this Thursday, June 15 will be locked on Tuesday, June 13 at 12:00PM.  Only swimmers with an RSVP of Yes will be entered into the meet.  If you do not respond either way (Yes or No), your swimmers will be left off of the meet roster.  

 

To RSVP:

• Go to www.westclayswimming.com
• If you are viewing on a mobile device, please select "view full version" at the very bottom of the page
• Click on "Swim Meets"
• Select the RSVP square for the appropriate meet
• Click on "Close" when it says you must be logged in to RSVP
• Enter Vortex in the blue password box near the top left (it is a little hard to see ... just under the "Links" section)
• Again, select the RSVP square for the appropriate meet
• Type the email you used to register in the box listed as "Responding For:"
• Select YES or NO accordingly for each of your swimmers which the swimmers box pops up
• We are only concerned with the Swimmers ... don't worry about responding accurately for the Adults
• BE SURE TO HIT SAVE!!!!
